The main difference between Fale Yau and a major hotel is we do not offer 24 hr room service. But we do give you a kitchen, the heart of every home.
It is a large well-appointed with everything you would expect in your own home.
Breakfast
Every day we will provide you with a Pacific Breakfast:
Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, A pastry (Muffin, Croissant Babakau, a Fijian Pancake) Toast and jam.
We also offer a cooked breakfast but this will be charged separately.
Kitchen Suppers
Harry and I eat supper at home and you are welcome to join us. The menu is the same as we eat as a family. It includes, pastas, stir-fries, salads, BBQ, roasts and sometimes take out. For a full list drop us a line.
Kitchen suppers are charged separately and the price varies depending on what’s on offer that night. One thing you can be sure of it will be cheaper than a hotel.
Lunches or Dinners
If you want specially prepared lunches or dinners let us know and we can make suitable arrangements
Cooking
If you want to cook for yourself the kitchen is open. You have access to all the basic ingredients, Flour, sugar, oil, vinegar, dried herbs etc. If you are pushed for time we can even help with the shopping.
24 Hour Kitchen and Fridge
